🔥 BATTLE FREE TERMS & CONDITIONS (Complete Legal Terms of Use) Effective Date: 18/07/2026 App Name: Battle Free Service Type: Online Esports Tournament, Social, Creator, Marketplace & Micro-Job Platform 1. Introduction Welcome to Battle Free (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the App”, “the Platform”, “the Company”). Battle Free is a mobile and web application that offers online esports tournaments (including but not limited to Free Fire and BGMI), social networking features (chat, voice/video calling, follow/following, reels and content creation), monetization and referral programs, paid subscriptions, a student part-time job/micro-task program, and an in-app shop/marketplace for the purchase of goods and services. By downloading, installing, registering on, or otherwise accessing or using Battle Free in any manner, you (“User”, “you”, “Player”, “Creator”, “Seller”, “Buyer”, as applicable) unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other rules, policies, or notices published within the App from time from time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Battle Free. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and, where applicable, request closure of your account. Continued use of the App at any time constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments. 2. Definitions • “App” / “Platform” means the Battle Free mobile application, website, and all associated services. • “User” means any individual who registers, downloads, browses, or otherwise interacts with the App. • “Wallet” means the in-app digital ledger used to hold, add, or withdraw real monetary value for use within the App. • “Real Money” means actual legal currency added to, held in, or withdrawn from the Wallet. • “Content” means any reel, video, image, audio, text, comment, message, or other material uploaded, posted, or transmitted by a User. • “Gift Code / Redeem Code” means promotional codes issued by Battle Free that may be redeemed for Wallet credit, in-app items, or other benefits as determined solely by Battle Free. • “Job Program” means the student part-time work/micro-task opportunities made available through the App. • “Shop” means the in-app marketplace through which Users may purchase products, merchandise, digital goods, or services. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the App. Certain features, including real-money Wallet transactions, withdrawals, the Job Program, and the Shop, may require you to be at least 18 years of age and to complete additional verification. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current, and that your use of the App does not violate any law applicable to you. Battle Free reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, government-issued identification, or age-verification proof at any time, and to suspend access until such verification is satisfactorily completed. 4. Account Registration & Security • Users must register using accurate personal details, valid contact information (mobile number/email), and correct in-game IDs. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. • Creation of multiple/duplicate accounts by the same individual, submission of fake or misleading details, or impersonation of another person is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent termination without refund. • Battle Free is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 5. Accuracy of Game ID, UPI & Payment Details Users are solely responsible for entering correct and valid in-game IDs, UPI IDs, bank account numbers, IFSC codes, and other payment details at the time of registration, tournament entry, or withdrawal request. If any payment, prize, reward, or withdrawal is sent to an incorrect account, wallet, or game ID as a direct result of information supplied by the User, Battle Free shall not be responsible for reissuing, refunding, reversing, or otherwise compensating for such loss. The User bears full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all submitted details prior to confirmation. 6. Wallet, Real-Money Payments & No-Refund Policy • Battle Free operates a real-money Wallet system. Users may add money to their Wallet through supported payment gateways/UPI and use such balance to enter paid tournaments, purchase items in the Shop, or unlock subscriptions/features. • Amounts added to the Wallet are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person, account, or platform, except where legally mandated. • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity/KYC verification, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and processing timelines communicated within the App, and may take a reasonable number of business days to process. • Battle Free is not liable for delays, failures, or reversals caused by banking systems, UPI infrastructure, payment gateways, telecom/network failures, or actions of any third-party financial institution. • Gift Codes and Redeem Codes are promotional in nature, may have expiry dates, usage limits, or eligibility conditions, may be discontinued at any time without notice, and hold no cash value outside the App unless expressly stated. • Any attempt to reverse a payment through unauthorized chargebacks, disputes filed in bad faith, or fraudulent claims to a bank or payment provider will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and may lead to civil and/or criminal legal action. 7. Service Charges & Platform Fees Battle Free may deduct applicable service charges, platform fees, or commissions from Wallet transactions, tournament entry fees, withdrawals, Shop purchases, subscriptions, and monetization payouts. Such charges may be levied towards platform maintenance, payment-gateway costs, withdrawal processing, tournament hosting, and general operational expenses. The applicable percentage or flat fee for any charge will be displayed within the relevant section of the App and may be revised by Battle Free from time to time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the App after such revision constitutes acceptance of the revised charges. 8. Tournaments & Winnings (Free Fire / BGMI / Other Titles) • All tournaments hosted on Battle Free, including but not limited to Free Fire and BGMI tournaments, must be played strictly in accordance with the rules displayed for that specific tournament at the time of registration. • Decisions of Battle Free administrators regarding match results, disputes, disqualifications, and prize eligibility are final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed through any external forum. • Winnings, prize money, or rewards will be credited to the Wallet only after successful manual and/or automated verification of match results and proof of participation. • Submission of false, manipulated, or fabricated match proof/screenshots will result in immediate forfeiture of winnings, disqualification, and a permanent ban from the Platform. • Entry fees for paid tournaments are deducted from the Wallet at the time of registration and are non-refundable except where a tournament is cancelled solely due to a fault of Battle Free. 9. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform: • Hacking, cheating, use of aim-assist tools, scripts, macros, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage. • Submitting fake, edited, or manipulated screenshots or match results. • Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account for tournament participation. • Match-fixing, collusion between players/teams, or any form of result manipulation. • Creating or operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or to defraud the Platform. Violation of this Fair Play Policy may result in one or more of the following penalties, at the sole discretion of Battle Free: permanent account ban, freezing of Wallet balance, forfeiture of winnings and rewards, and referral or reporting of the matter to law-enforcement authorities under applicable Cyber and IT laws. 10. Chat, Voice/Video Calling & Messaging Policy • Battle Free provides in-app chat and voice/video calling features to enable communication between Users for tournament coordination and social interaction. • Private chats and calls on Battle Free are NOT end-to-end encrypted. Battle Free may access, store, review, and monitor chat logs, call metadata, and related content strictly for the purposes of fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety investigations, and compliance with applicable law. • Users must not use chat or calling features to transmit hate speech, threats, harassment, abuse, spam, scam links, phishing content, sexually explicit material, or any other unlawful content. • Messages, recordings, or logs may be reviewed and used as evidence in the event of a fraud investigation, abuse complaint, or legal proceeding. • Battle Free reserves the right to suspend or restrict chat/calling privileges for any User found to be in violation of this Policy or the Community Guidelines set out in Section 20. 11. Reels, Content Creation & Social Features (Follow / Following) • Battle Free allows Users to follow and be followed by other Users, and to create, upload, and share reels, videos, images, text posts, and other Content. • Users are solely and fully responsible for all Content they upload, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with third-party intellectual-property rights. • Uploading copyrighted material without appropriate ownership or licence/permission is strictly prohibited. • Battle Free reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, hide, restrict, demonetize, or permanently delete any Content that it deems to violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. • By uploading Content, the User grants Battle Free a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote such Content within the App and in Battle Free's own marketing/promotional activities. 12. Content Monetization Policy • Eligibility for content monetization (including reels views, tips, or brand-collaboration payouts) is subject to Battle Free's discretion and may require the Creator to meet minimum follower, view, or engagement thresholds set within the App. • The use of fake views, bot traffic, self-viewing, click fraud, or any other artificial means to inflate engagement metrics is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of monetization earnings and possible account termination. • Battle Free reserves the right to adjust, withhold, delay, or cancel monetization earnings where fraud, policy violation, or a payment/banking issue is identified. • A service fee or commission may be deducted by Battle Free from monetization payouts before crediting the balance to the Creator's Wallet. • Creators are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from monetization earnings, as set out in Section 25. 13. Advertisement Policy Free-tier Users may be shown in-app and third-party advertisements as part of the App's revenue model. Users subscribed to an eligible paid subscription plan may receive an ad-reduced or ad-free experience, where such a feature is made available within the App. Battle Free is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcome of any third-party advertisement displayed within the App. 14. Referral Policy • Users may earn referral rewards by inviting new, genuine Users to join Battle Free using their unique referral code/link. • Self-referral, referral through fake or duplicate accounts, or any other fraudulent referral activity is strictly prohibited; such referrals will be cancelled and associated rewards forfeited. • Battle Free reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, referral reward amounts, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice. 15. Subscription Policy • Battle Free may offer paid subscription plans that unlock additional benefits such as reduced service charges, ad-free browsing, exclusive tournaments, or enhanced monetization limits. • Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method or Wallet balance on file, unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date through the settings provided in the App. • Battle Free reserves the right to change subscription pricing, features, or benefits at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of material changes in advance where reasonably possible. • Battle Free may suspend or cancel a User's subscription without refund in the event of a violation of these Terms. • Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. 16. Student Part-Time Job / Micro-Task Program • Battle Free offers eligible Users, including students, the opportunity to undertake part-time work, micro-tasks, or job assignments made available within the App (“Job Program”). • Access to the Job Program is subject to the User successfully completing Battle Free's eligibility criteria, verification process, and any training or qualification requirements specified at the time. • Participation in the Job Program does not, under any circumstances, create an employer-employee relationship, contract of employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the User and Battle Free. Users engaged through the Job Program are independent participants and are not entitled to any employment benefits, statutory dues, provident fund, insurance, or similar benefits from Battle Free. • Payment for tasks/jobs completed under the Job Program shall be credited to the User's Wallet only after verification of satisfactory completion of the assigned task, subject to the service charges described in Section 7. • Battle Free reserves the right to reject, withhold, or cancel payment for any task found to be incomplete, fraudulent, plagiarized, or in violation of the task-specific guidelines. • Battle Free does not guarantee a minimum volume, frequency, or continuity of job opportunities, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Job Program, or any specific task/opportunity, at any time without prior notice or compensation. • Users must not misrepresent their qualifications, identity, or eligibility to obtain access to the Job Program. Any such misrepresentation will result in immediate removal from the Job Program, forfeiture of pending payments, and possible account termination. 17. In-App Shop / Marketplace Policy • Battle Free operates an in-app Shop through which Users may purchase products, merchandise, digital goods, gaming accessories, or services (“Shop”) using real-money Wallet balance or supported payment methods. • Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability displayed in the Shop are provided on a best-effort basis; Battle Free does not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free, and reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and are subject to acceptance by Battle Free or the relevant third-party seller/vendor listed on the Platform. • Delivery timelines for physical products are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the User, or force-majeure events described in Section 26. Battle Free is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics/courier partners. • Returns, exchanges, and refunds for Shop purchases (where applicable) shall be governed by the specific return policy displayed for that product/category at the time of purchase; in the absence of an explicit return policy, all Shop sales are considered final. • Users must provide accurate and complete shipping and contact details; Battle Free is not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the User. • Where products are listed or fulfilled by third-party sellers/vendors on the Platform, Battle Free acts solely as a facilitator and is not the manufacturer or seller of record; the quality, legality, and warranty of such products remain the responsibility of the respective seller. • Battle Free reserves the right to remove any product listing, cancel any order, or restrict a User's access to the Shop at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. 18. Data Privacy & Confidentiality • Battle Free collects certain personal, gameplay, payment, and usage data strictly for the purposes of operating the App, verifying identity, processing payments, preventing fraud, and improving Platform services. • Battle Free will NOT sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose a User's personal data to any third party for their independent marketing purposes without the User's explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by a court order, government authority, or applicable law. • Data may be shared with trusted payment-processing partners, KYC-verification providers, or cloud/hosting infrastructure providers strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the App's services, and such partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality. • Users are encouraged to review Battle Free's separate Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, retention, and their rights regarding their personal data. • Notwithstanding the above, Users acknowledge that chat and call data may be monitored/stored as described in Section 10 for safety and fraud-prevention purposes, and consent to such monitoring as a condition of using the messaging/calling features. 19. Service Availability & Downtime The App may from time to time experience downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical issues. Battle Free does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the App and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, missed tournament, or missed opportunity arising from server downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or the User's own internet connectivity or device issues. 20. Third-Party Game Dependency Battle Free is an independent tournament-hosting and social platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Garena Free Fire, Krafton BGMI, or any other game publisher unless expressly stated. Any in-game bans, account restrictions, or other action taken by a game publisher against a User's in-game account is the sole responsibility of that publisher and is not the responsibility of Battle Free. 21. Evidence, Monitoring & AI Moderation • Battle Free may monitor tournament matches and store related gameplay data, logs, screenshots, and other proof for the purpose of detecting fraud, cheating, and rule violations. • Battle Free may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to detect spam, fraud, cheating, abusive behaviour, copyright infringement, and other violations of these Terms across chats (where not encrypted), Content, and transactions. • By using the App, Users consent to such monitoring and automated moderation for safety, integrity, and verification purposes. 22. Intellectual Property All logos, trademarks, branding, user-interface design, source code, graphics, and text created by Battle Free are the exclusive intellectual property of Battle Free. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of any part of the App or its branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 23. User Conduct & Behaviour Users must treat Battle Free administrators, moderators, and fellow Users with respect. Abuse, threats, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or disrespectful conduct directed at admins or other Users, whether through chat, calls, comments, or Content, is strictly prohibited and may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate and permanent termination of the account, at Battle Free's sole discretion. 24. Username & Profile Policy Usernames, display names, and profile pictures that are offensive, sexually explicit, misleading, impersonate another individual or brand, or infringe upon any copyrighted or trademarked material are not permitted. Battle Free may rename, restrict, or remove any profile found to be in violation of this Policy without prior notice. 25. Community Guidelines The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Platform, including in chat, calls, reels, comments, usernames, and the Shop: • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, caste, or nationality. • Pornographic or sexually explicit content. • Promotion or glorification of violence. • Support for or promotion of terrorism or extremist activity. • Any form of child exploitation or content endangering minors. • Illegal trading, sale of prohibited items, or facilitation of unlawful transactions. • Spam, phishing links, or unsolicited commercial messages. Violation of these Community Guidelines will result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent termination, and may be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement authorities where required by law. 26. Taxes & Legal Compliance Users are solely and fully responsible for determining, declaring, and paying any income tax, GST, or other applicable tax on winnings, monetization earnings, Job Program payments, or any other income derived through the App, in accordance with the tax laws applicable to them. Battle Free does not act as a tax advisor and does not handle personal tax filing or reporting on behalf of any User, except where Battle Free is required by law to deduct tax at source, in which case such deduction will be reflected in the User's payout statement. 27. Force Majeure Battle Free shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or regulatory action, war, riots, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, cyber-attacks, or failure of third-party telecommunications, banking, or internet infrastructure. 28. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Battle Free, its owners, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, device damage, gameplay disconnections, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access to a User's account, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. Users acknowledge and agree that they use the App entirely at their own risk, and that Battle Free's total aggregate liability, if any, arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User to Battle Free in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 29. Owner & Personal Liability Shield The individual owners, founders, directors, partners, and employees of Battle Free shall not be held personally liable for any dispute, claim, loss, or damage arising from the operation of the App. Any claim, dispute, or legal notice must be directed solely towards Battle Free as a corporate/business entity and not towards any individual associated with it, except where personal liability is expressly and unavoidably mandated by applicable law. 30. User's Own Legal Responsibility Each User is fully and solely responsible for their own actions, statements, Content, and transactions carried out on or through the App. Should a User engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity using the App, Battle Free and its owners, employees, and partners shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for such activity, and the User alone shall bear all civil, criminal, and other legal consequences arising from their misconduct. Battle Free further reserves the right to fully cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and to disclose relevant User information where legally required to do so in connection with such misconduct. 31. Suspension & Termination of Account Battle Free may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a User's account and forfeit any associated Wallet balance or pending payouts in the event of, including but not limited to: • Fraud, cheating, or match-fixing. • Abuse, harassment, or violation of Community Guidelines. • Submission of fake KYC or identity documents. • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes. • Copyright or intellectual-property violations. • Any other breach of these Terms. • Prolonged inactivity, at Battle Free's discretion, which may result in the account being suspended or archived. 32. Feature Changes & Platform Modifications Battle Free reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App — including but not limited to Tournaments, Reels, Messaging, Calling, Wallet, Subscription, Referral, Job Program, and the Shop — at any time, with or without prior notice, without incurring any liability to Users. 33. Promotional & Marketing Rights Battle Free may use a User's username, profile picture, publicly posted Content, and publicly disclosed tournament achievements for the purpose of marketing, promotion, and publicity of the Platform across any media, without additional compensation to the User, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 34. Jurisdiction & Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the city determined solely by Battle Free at the time such dispute arises. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and to appear physically or virtually, as required, in connection with any legal proceeding. 35. Amendments to These Terms Battle Free reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published within the App and/or on Battle Free's website, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after any such amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. 36. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. 37.
